Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 3, 2026

The short version

Everything you type into an instrument on Wondermeter — names, birthdays, answers, scores — is processed entirely inside your own browser. This website has no backend, no database and no user accounts. We never receive, transmit or store your personal data on any server.

Calculations

Every tool is client-side JavaScript. When you press a button, the arithmetic happens on your device and the result is drawn on your screen. Closing the tab discards it.

Share links

If you choose to share a result, the shareable link encodes the inputs you entered (for example, a first name and a date) directly in the web address, so the page can redraw your result for whoever opens the link. This information exists only in the link itself: we do not receive or keep it, and it is only ever shared with the people you send the link to. Do not include information in an instrument that you would not want inside a link you share.

Advertising and cookies (Google AdSense)

To keep the site free, we display advertising provided by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads, measure their performance, and — where permitted — personalise them based on your visits to this and other websites. This is the only category of cookies this site uses; we set no tracking cookies of our own and run no analytics of our own.

Visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland (consent)

If you are visiting from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you will be shown a consent message (powered by a Google-certified consent management platform) before any advertising cookies are used. You can decline, accept, or change your choice at any time via the message’s options; non-personalised ads may be shown where consent for personalisation is not given.

What we never do

  • We never receive or store what you type into the instruments.
  • We never sell, share or build profiles from personal data — we hold none.
  • We never require an account, an email address, or a login for anything.

Children

The site is a general-audience collection of playful calculators and does not knowingly collect information from anyone — including children — because it does not collect information at all.

Changes

If a future instrument processes a new kind of data, this policy will be updated before it ships, with the date above refreshed.
